Target PC Inc was founded more than 18 years ago by brothers Alex and Michael Khaykin, who are both originally from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.
Although neither Alex nor Michael had originally intended to pursue entrepreneurship in the United States, they observed an opportunity within the computer repair industry; to provide a level of customer service that could not be matched by big box retailers.
Business is like going to college – you learn every day. The economic system is completely different, so we didn’t understand how it worked.
